I am an ordained Baptist minister who has served in pastoral or staff positions in six different Southern Baptist congregations. I enjoy preaching and teaching in local churches, for parachurch ministries, and at ministry related conferences. I also periodically participate in scholarly society meetings. You can see the Audio Resources page for some selected sermons, lectures, and conference talks.

If you would like to invite me to speak at your church or event, contact me. In addition to preaching, I am available to speak on topics related to church history, systematic theology, spirituality/spiritual formation, or Baptist history and identity.
